August 2021 - Longstanding managing director becomes co-partner

Dipl.-Ing. Jens Düffert (55) - long-time managing director of the company - is now also a partner of the fixturing specialists Witte Barskamp GmbH & Co. KG since August 1st. With this step, Düffert strengthens the management team around company founder Horst Witte and his son Andreas.

June 2021 - Black becomes standard

As a further step in product maintenance, the fixturing specialist Witte Barskamp will gradually convert the entire range of components of its modular fixturing system ALUFIX to black anodizing from late autumn onwards.

The German clamping specialist Witte Barskamp is presenting a new vacuum clamping system especially for strongly contoured workpieces that have to be machined in many axes. "QuadroVac" is primarily used for milling, drilling and thread cutting on small to medium-sized workpieces made of wood, plastic, glass or metal, for example on cast parts. Also on those with steps, pockets or through-cuts.

October 2020 - New: precision grid base plates with variable-size fitting bores

With its new generation of precision grid base plates, the German fixturing specialist Witte Barskamp has implemented a to date unique practical solution: size-variable fitting bores. They enable fixtures to be set up completely independently of the basic dimensions of the plate fitting holes and the clamping system used.

August 2020 - 1.000 Structure plates used in quality assurance worldwide

With the delivery of the thousandth FixBase structure plate, the German fixturing system specialist Witte Barskamp GmbH & Co. KG announces another international sales milestone. The accurate and robust structure plates serve as the basis for measuring fixtures, as an alternative for horizontal arm CMM measuring tables, as transport plates or cubes with five usable surface sides.
